Current Status: Chef Pepe Moncayo’s inventive fusion of Spanish and Japanese cuisine (he calls it Spanish Kaiseki) opened in a giant space right before the pandemic took hold. It has hung on into 2021 without giving up on the edgy cooking. They are doing dine-in (with outdoor space), take-out and delivery. You can order or reserve all through the website.
