Boston-based restaurateur Michael Schlow converted the space that was serving Italian under the moniker Casolare into a homage to classic American fare. He installed the very talented Hamilton Johnson as chef and built a large outdoor seating area in the parking lot. Et Voila: Glover Park Grill. They are doing dine-in, take-out and delivery. There is coffee and light breakfast food in the morning. A pizza menu also has been added to the standard one.
