Current Status: The small shop on 14th, just below Thomas Circle is open for take-out and delivery. Dine-in is not currently being offered. The Union Market location closed, but a location in Western Market just opened.
Overview: Don’t let the name fool you, they offer more than arepas, but it is all rooted in Venezuelan food, mostly around small fried items (taquenos), stuffed folded corn cakes, and the gridled, split arepa pockets stuffed with meat or veggies and lots of cheese. GF, vegetarian and vegan options available.
